Hi ya’ll.. I don’t always eat chicken wings but I do eat them once a while. I believe everything in moderation and always try to cook your food the healthy way.
This is how I like to bake my chicken wings. It’s easy to prepare and simply delicious!
4 Chicken wings
1 Garlic clove
1 Tsp mixed herbs
2 Tbs soy sauce
1 1/2 Tbs Honey
1. Pre-heat oven at 150C and line your baking dish with baking paper (easy cleaning later).
2. Pound the shallot and garlic
3. Mix all ingredients to the chicken. Rub all parts well. Marinate for 30mins minimum in the fridge.
4. Bake at 150C for 35mins or until you see the chicken has caramelized or a bit of charing. Served warm with veggies and rice.
You can try this recipe for your next BBQ party too! You can try with chicken drumsticks, thighs or chicken breast for healthier choice too.
