Who says eating healthy is boring? It doesn’t have to be boring if you know how to make it fun and interesting to eat.
This recipe it really dead simple and kids would definitely love this! Great for parties, snacks and also breakfast.
3/4 cup of oat flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup of raw/brown sugar
1 small egg
130g/ small yogurt
1/4 cup of milk
1/4 Tsp salt
1 Tsp baking powder
1/4 Tsp coffee
1 Tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbs of chopped walnut
2-3 Tsb melted Homemade Peanut/Almond Butter (microwave it for 1min)
1. Pre-heat oven to 180C. Line small square baking tin with parchment paper.
2. Add oats into blender and blend it until fine. Add the rest of ingredients except Peanut Butter & chopped walnut. Blend smooth & add chopped walnuts & stir well.
3. Pour batter into baking tin. Swirl the melted peanut butter using fork/spoon gently on top of batter.
4. Bake it for 25-30mins or until toothpick comes out clean. Let it cool and cut into small squares. Enjoy!
You can keep it in the fridge or freezer & warm it up in the microwave when you want to eat it. Eat in moderation ok! 😉
