This is a very simple recipe and great with roasted beef/lamb or steak.
Brussels Sprouts cut into half
1 crushed garlic
1/2 Tsp balsamic vinegar
1 Tsp lemon juice
1/2 Tsp salt
1 Tsp olive oil
1. Pre-heat oven to 180C and line baking dish (I just use my bread tin)
2. Heat up non-stick pan with olive oil on medium heatl. Add Brussels sprouts.
3. Add garlic, lemon juice and vinegar. And stir. Add salt and pepper and stir agin (1 minute). Remove veggies from pan and add to the lined baking tin.
4. Bake in the oven for 10-15mins. Enjoy!
