Vegetarian Quiche (No Crust)



Sometimes if I don’t have any appetite, I would make this. It’s easy and light. Perfect for lazy people.. Like me 😂!


2 Eggs
2 Tbs Milk
Sliced Mushrooms (sweat it on a pan first)
Broccoli florets (boiled)
Diced Capsicum
Diced Tomatoes
Sliced Red Chili
Cheese ( Im so lazy that I just chopped the sliced cheese into small pieces!)

(All the veggies about 1-2 Tbs each.. Not much)

1. Whisk eggs, milk, cheese, salt and pepper.
2. Pour it in a baking dish (I just use my bread pan). Scatter all the vegetables on top.
3. Bake at 200C for 20-25mins. Enjoy!

I like to serve it with fresh salad and Tabasco sauce. You can cut it in half and put it on toasted bread to make a sandwich too 👍😊.

Calories: Approx. 200kcal (on its own).
