This recipe is quite simple and definitely good news to seafood lovers. I made this using a skewer but you can just grill it without the skewer, no problem at all!
With this dish I also have it with potato salad with greens, corn and grilled Caramelized pineapple. It’s just to give it that freshness and tropical summery theme going 🍍🌴.
250g green prawns
1 crushed garlic
1/2 Tsp Chili Flakes
1/2 Tsp Dried Parsley
1/4 Tsp Oregano
1 Tsp Lemon juice
1 Tsp olive oil
A pinch of salt
Grilled Garlic Chili Prawns:
Mix all ingredients together and let it marinate for 15mins before grilling.
Grilled Caramelized Pineapple:
Cut pineapple into small pieces & insert skewer. Sprinkle with a bit of brown sugar & grill it until sugar is caramelized.
Mix Potato Salad:
Boil 1 potato & few baby carrots. Mix with green & lettuce and chopped tomatoes.
1 Tbs olive oil
1 Tsp lemon Juice
– mix all together and drizzle over salad
Boil or bake at 200C for 30mins.
