Chocolate Banana & Peanut Butter Milkshake

Who doesn’t love chocolate? I know I do! For me living healthy doesn’t have to be boring. If its boring, soon you’ll lose interest and there’s a chance your healthy diet won’t be consistent and you’ll ended up having cravings and start to eat unhealthy again.

This Chocolate Banana & Peanut Butter milkshake is so easy to make. Probably took me just a couple of minutes to prepare it. It’s yummy, filling and delicious too! It’s so yummy it’s like a desert already!

RECIPE:

1 banana
1 Tbs Cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups milk
1 Tbs Peanut Butter
1 Tbs honey/agave
1-2 Tbs oats
3-4 ice cubes

METHOD:
Blend all ingredients in a blender. Garnish with chocolate chips, sprinkles or fruits.

This milkshake is great for breakfast & pre or post workout snack.
