Banana Peanut Butter Green Smoothie

Yes! GREEN SMOOTHIE! A really delicious one too! And NO.. You CAN’T TASTE the veggie! It’s like it’s not even there. This smoothie is so yummy and delicious and I’m telling you that it could be your next addiction!

It’s a good way to incorporate veggie in your diet and to get your kids to try and enjoy it! Great for breakfast coz it’ll keep you going and filling full, giving you the energy that you need.

RECIPE:

1 banana
1 cup of spinach leaves
2 Tbs peanut butter
1 Tbs honey/raw sugar
1 1/4 cup of milk
3 ice cubes

METHOD:
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
