This is my all-time favorite breakfast! I’m telling you now that it is sooooooooo super easy to make plus it’s very filling!!!!
My tip would be to freeze the cut fruits in a zipper bag and keep in the freezer in advance. I always keep few bags in the freezer so that I can just make them in a flash!
1 Tbs blueberries
1 cup of LOW FAT Milk or almond milk
1 Tbs honey/maple syrup
2 Tbs Oats
3/4 ice cubes
Blend all ingredients in a blender. Serve.
