You can make them in advance & keep them in the fridge for a week! Suitable for busy people that are always struggling for time.
350g chicken strips (you may buy chicken breasts & slice them thinly)
1 Tsp chili powder/paprika
1 clove of crushed garlic
3Tbs lemon juice
1 Tbs olive oil
1. Marinate all ingredients except for oil.
2. Heat up olive oil to medium high.
3. Fry the chicken strips until golden.
4. Store in a container and keep in fridge to be used in sandwiches, chicken salad, homemade pizza, omelets, etc. Can be eaten straight away too! Enjoy!
